Uninstalled the other mini due to ads popping up. This mini is even worse in that trying to view in desktop mode is impossible. I did not have time for all this. Logged in for a few quick tasks and have accomplished nothing. Unsure if this version also has pop-up ads because I uninstalled it even faster than the previous one. Don't waste your time. I was a long-time user of Opera. Not anymore.

After the latest update (on 4/18/2019), Opera Mini (beta) is now serving me "popover" advertising when I click on a link. it doesn't happen every time, but it occurs on many different websites, including from Google searches. pressing the "back" button brings me to the page I originally tried to open. I searched the options, and haven't been able to find any new controls or settings. Nothing in the release notes indicates any changes in ad serving for Opera.

TL;DR: I clicked on “re-open closed tab” &, BOOM: “loading petite well-hung Asian ladyboys” whilst i was screen-mirroring my display... at work. Just so you know, the “clear all data” button doesn't actually work. In the “tabs” area, I can just click “re-open closed tab” & no matter how hard you've tried to delete your histor EVERY site you visited can be seen. P.S. in the android app settings, the “clear data” button has been replaced with “manage data” which doesn't allow factory reset.
